Hi there. I’m Lauren Mclane — personal trainer, recovery coach and meditation guide.

My work is centred on one outcome: helping you regulate your nervous system and restore your body.

For years I struggled with my own health and hormonal challenges that left me chronically fatigued, and was forced to slow down and rethink what ‘health’ actually means.
In that slowing down, it deepened my respect for recovery and nervous system health, and has shaped the way I now guide others — towards healing that fits real life and is sustainable.

My approach is a practical blend of movement and stillness.
With over 10 years as a personal trainer in the fitness industry, I can create a tailored strength program to fit your goals and needs. I’m trained in The Melt Method™️ (hand & foot treatments and soft foam rolling) to support myofascial release and help your body downshift out of stress. I offer a weekly online stretch and mobility class you can join from the comfort of your own home. I also offer assisted manual stretching for deeper 1:1 support, and I guide meditation for mental fitness and emotional resilience.

I’m not here to tell you what to do, I’m here to tell you WHY and HOW so you can learn and implement tools that will help you feel calmer, clearer, and more at home in your body. Through simple practices, you will learn how to come back to yourself when life pulls you off centre.
